Michael and Katie Catlow are full-time travelers, travel entrepreneurs, and passionate storytellers who’ve turned their love for adventure into a lifestyle and business.
After visiting a combined 100+ countries and traveling full-time since 2018, they co-founded I Love Travel Company to inspire others to create unforgettable experiences and explore the world on their own terms.
Through travel advising, coaching, and content creation, the Catlows empower fellow travelers and aspiring entrepreneurs to design a life filled with fun, freedom and fulfillment.

Like the rest of the team, I LOVE to travel and hotel & resort stays. I worked in the hotel/resort industry for 5 years trying to get closer to travel and fun stays. After craving more travel and the constant desire to "be there", I came to the conclusion I have to travel smarter and become a travel agent- surely agents know all the tricks and tips to get the most for the least!
My 4 year old has been on 9 cruises and been to 9 countries and counting. I've organized and booked corporate cruises with over 20 cabins in each cruise. I've organized and managed 3 corporate events with over 70 people at each scattered throughout the country, including venue, travel, hotel, food and fun.
There is so much to learn about the world and travel, but I've spent the last 3 years working on exploring the world as a travel agent with my husband and toddler and corporate event bookings.

Harry Winsch
Travel has always been one of Harry’s greatest passions. Having explored 35 states, 42 countries, and four continents, he brings firsthand experience and a curiosity about the world to his work as a travel advisor.
His favorite destinations include the Holy Land, Egypt, Italy, Switzerland, South Africa and Japan—though his list keeps growing.
Recently retired, Harry and his partner are embracing the opportunity to travel even more, revisiting favorite places and discovering destinations still on their wish list. Antarctica, Australia, New Zealand, and South America are on their travel calendar for the next two years, alongside frequent European and Caribbean getaways.
After many years living and working in New York City, Harry now calls St. Petersburg, Florida, home.
Fun fact: NYC will always hold a special place in Harry’s heart. For 25 years, he has celebrated his love for the city as a balloon captain in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, helping bring one of the most beloved NYC traditions to life.

As someone who's caught the travel bug, I've explored the United Kingdom, traveled extensively throughout the United States - including the incredible landscapes of Alaska - and visited other destinations along the way.
Being a Michigan native, I also know the Great Lakes region well and love sharing the hidden gems, scenic routes, and unique experiences that make it such a special place to visit (have you heard you can cruise the Great Lakes now!).

Travel Isn’t Just My Passion—It’s My Life.
I believe the best memories aren’t made sitting at home—they’re made out in the world. And I’ve spent my entire life exploring it.
My parents were both teachers, and they believed the best education didn’t come from books—it came from experiences. Every summer and spring break, our family packed up and explored somewhere new in the United States. I’ve been fortunate enough to visit almost all 50 states, and that early love of adventure never left me.
My first international adventure was a high-school trip to Mexico with my Spanish class. After graduation, I took my passion for travel to the next level, spending a year in Belgium as a foreign exchange student. Living with host families and traveling throughout Europe gave me something no guidebook ever could: a firsthand understanding of what it truly feels like to experience other cultures.
Since then, I’ve continued exploring, visiting over 20 countries—with more on the books!
Today, I’m proud to turn that lifelong passion into something I can share with others as a Travel Advisor, specializing in cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and tours.
But I don’t believe travel planning is simply about finding a destination or making a reservation. It’s about listening, understanding what will make your trip special, and helping you create an experience you’ll be talking about for years.

I have traveled ever since I can remember. It was important to my parents that our family travel as much as possible. They wanted us to explore the world and meet others that were different from us.
This is what led to my obsession with travel as an adult. I believe when you do something you do it to the best of your ability. This has severed me well in life.
Two years ago I visited my 50th State Hawaii. I have been to several different countries and have been to all of the main zoos, top attractions, and amusement parks in the USA. I have cruised the Caribbean and explored Mexico. I research every destination before I travel there so I can be well versed when I arrive.
My vocation is an operational manager for a transit company. This also gives me a leg up with knowledge on how transportation works.
The frosting on the cake of my career is when I became a travel agent.

In my wildest dreams I never thought about becoming a travel agent, despite the fact that I do love travel, and my life's mission has been to serve. However, the opportunity presented itself one day and I jumped.
I have been retired from "jobs" for many years and have done a number of things--trying to find purpose, fulfillment and joy in serving others. Who knew it would be to help others make incredible memories by thoughtfully planning their travel?
I specialize in river cruises, ocean cruises and guided tours for travelers who appreciate the finer details of the journey.
I have been on several river cruises and ocean cruises, toured Italy and Sicily (my favorites), sailed monohull and catamarans in the Caribbean and Greece. On my bucket list is Portugal, some of South America, more river cruising, and seeing more of our wonderful country.
